I trained in Psychotherapy at Regent's University School of Psychotherapy and Psychology and later in relationship therapy with Relate. I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and have worked in the private sector, my own practice and the NHS. I have also taught psychotherapy at university level.
